Michael Jackson – Accidental Death or Assassination

Is Michael Jackson’s death the open-and-shut case they’ve made it out to be? Looking into all the available evidence, evidence which was not shown to the public, the answer is a definite NO. In the US, the media is a major information dispensary. With the control of information you can withhold, mold, add to, or subtract information for your own purposes; which will be accomplished when that information is or is not processed by the watcher/listener. The control of information/data is the key.

FYI: You brain is a computer.

When it comes to who’s guilty, who’s innocent; who’s good, who’s bad, without certain information (evidence), the person/people deciding on the case –which can be a whole country, individual, or judge and jury– can only come to certain conclusions. This is known by everyone who keeps/controls information (the secret has been out for centuries), especially those who control American’s sources/dispensaries of information, but not known by a large percentage of those who consume/process that information – Americans.

Go ahead and look for the following information to be mentioned and/or debated on Television or some other form of media (even though if it were, the statements and debate would be controlled). With this information, I am only trying to shine light on others who should be prime suspects, I’m not trying to prove their guilt.

You be the judge and jury; no one else, not your friends, family, media, government, or me. Go through the evidence presented here and decide for yourself if the same conditions required for you to be investigated, arrested and charged are present (If this much evidence was against you, would you be charged?). Decide for yourself if key evidence was withheld from the public, taking away their ability to come to any conclusion but the one offered by the media. Decide for yourself if there was a conspiracy (a secret plan or agreement to carry out an illegal or harmful act).

La Toya Jackson: ‘They murdered my brother’

True of false, in a situation where the death of a person was at the hands of another person, a claim such as this would have been looked into? The logical thing, the normal thing, any investigator would think or ask is “Who do you think killed your brother?” or “Who are ‘they’?”

Michael Jackson’s speech against Tommy Mottola

It looks like MJ was about to do something about the known, allowed and ongoing part of the music industry — artists in the music industry being used and robbed by those involved in their music career (the controllers of the system). I say this because, in another video, which is not included here, he alludes to this same thing again.

Why is it his duty to disprove? In addition, Michael was not an addict. See the video: “Michael Jackson’s Nurse on Larry King CNN” below.

LaToya Jackson Indicates Michael was Murdered, Pt2

Immediately after his death, I think it was the TV show “Extra,” or one similar, said how coming up next they were going to talk about Michael blah, blah, blah, and they were going to talk about the rare skin condition he had which turned his skin white. My response was “What!” And that’s because since I can remember, ALL those shows, and pretty much all the media, never said he had vitaligo; and always made it seem like Michael was lying. Always.

I came across this next video which compliments what I just said:

Michael Jackson Died Abandonded And Alone : Opportunism Rear’s It’s Ugly Head !!!

Think back to the Martin Bashir documentary “Living With Michael Jacksonhttp://topdocumentaryfilms.com/living-with-michael-jackson/.
This “documentary” made Michael, and his family, look horrible. Soon after it aired, MJ and his people released a documentary, which aired on TV, showing footage that had been cut out of the Martin Bashir interview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oN1lOBLaEKE

Their footage showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Martin Bashir “documentary” was edited in order to be misleading (in order to lie/deceive). This footage showed Martin Bashir was a dishonest snake. It proved that Michael and his family were purposely made to look horrible. The difference was like night and day. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.

But what happened in America, that is, how did it effect the majority of American people, the media, and the government? There was complete silence! Not a thing was said by anyone! Not one discussion! It was as if it wasn’t even shown! Both documentaries were on network TV, and MJ’s documentary was hosted by Maury Povich. At least a few thousand people had to have seen it. Most of the news media had to have known about it. And still, nothing. Absolutely nothing! So, what does that say about the news media’s policy toward Michael?

Soon after this, what became of Martin Bashir? He got hired to MSNBC … to be on camera! He showed his face! They showed his face! That in itself says a lot. That actually says too much. That’s more than icing on the cake, that’s a whole other cake.

After Martin Bashir’s appearance and revelation of employment with MSNBC, what was said? What was done? Not a thing! And that’s the icing for that second cake.

This whole Martin Bashir story/situation you just read may have occurred that way because he did a job for someone, and got rewarded for it. It’s the same thing that occurs when members of government give favorable lawmaking to corporations and the next thing you know they’re an executive of that same corporation. But whatever the reason, it showed beyond a shadow of a doubt that the news media as a whole was set against Michael (conspiracy).

Martin Bashir

Quote: Martin Bashir (born 19 January 1963) is a British journalist and media personality, currently with NBC News as a contributor for its Dateline program, and an afternoon anchor for MSNBC, hosting Martin Bashir.[1] He was previously an anchor for ABC’s Nightline …

Corporate owned media during US war-time/illegal occupation-time benefits greatly from war, just like most of the government, banks, other corporations, and wealthy civilians. One example of this intentionally overlooked conflict of interest in regards to corporations is General Electric’s holdings: http://www.freepress.net/ownership/chart/main If you take a look at their Media Holdings, you’ll see that MSNBC is one of them. Now, click on “Other” to see some of their War Machine contributions as one of the America’s top 10 defense contractors. They have every reason to support war, and every reason to oppose those who condemn war.

Real Terrorists pt 2 of 2

Please view 0:00 – 4:20

Now, add Michael Jackson to that.

MJ, going on tour preaching peace, “they don’t care about us,” and more during US war-time/illegal occupation-time? MLK “going on tour” preaching peace, “they don’t care about us,” and more during US war-time/illegal occupation-time? MSNBC, and war-loving, war-creating, war-desiring members of government, corporations and the media have much to gain from his death. They should be suspects. And that “accusation” is backed and proven to be credible and pertinent by the everyday practices of US law enforcement, private investigators, courts, and the government.

Now, think back to the 80’s. Michael Jackson purchased a tiger, a monkey, and some other things; and was alleged to have purchased the Elephant Man’s bones. The media was all over this. But think about it, these are the normal purchases of a multimillionaire. Think of what rich and famous whites were purchasing during that same time (you probably can’t think of anything, because you weren’t told anything; so, go research). I dare the media to speak on similar purchases made by rich and famous whites during that same time.

If you had Michael’s money, wouldn’t you buy a monkey, or similar? Weren’t almost all blacks during that time constantly doing things outside of the box/unique? What would happen if you combined one of those people, those blacks, with millions of dollars? What if you combined the trait of being highly creative to that same person? Wouldn’t you get a person who purchased “weird things”? This is just one example of how almost everyone got seriously played by the media when it came to Michael. Most blacks included. “Wacko Jacko”?

So, what was so odd about Michael? You don’t know. (What is a Communist? People during the Communist scare didn’t even know.) Was it how gentle he was? Was it how child-like he was? Think about this: He was “Michael Jackson” –extremely popular, rich, and worshiped– from a childhood. This means his mind never had to take on real responsibilities like bills, house up-keep, car payments, etc. or the worries of the average man; meaning he didn’t have to grow up. Think about when you “grew up” and how. Well, he didn’t experience any of that. And when you combine that with not having a childhood but wanting one, what is produced is a childlike person. So, as usual, the media turned nothing into something.
(Here is media manipulation in action tdoay: http://howmanyknow.com/2012/02/mainstream-manipulation/)

It’s similar to how the media persuaded the country to impeach Bill Clinton, but didn’t do the same with Bush, and as a result Bush wasn’t impeached. In the normal person’s world, it was the people who chose; in the real world, the media got them, and members of government, to choose but didn’t do the same with Bush, so Bush wasn’t …. Was there character assassination when it came to Michael? There obviously was, and it was carried out by the media. If you knew where you lived, it would even be likely, to you, that his vitaligo was intentionally caused. Crazy? So is this place you live in.

Here is a former Fox News anchor stating that the Fox News Channel’s stated practice was to “embarrass, humiliate, challenge, or disrupt whatever Jesse Jackson did” and that they were told on many occasions that Jesse was one of their targets:

Outfoxed: Rupert Murdoch’s War on Journalism

Please view: 28:24 – 28:51
(This does not mean Jesse should to be trusted today. He is not who he used to be.)

This couldn’t have been done with Michael? Was this done with Michael? If you think back, it’s clear that it was. There were non-stop attacks his entire adult career … so many that Michael had to make a song where he was yelling “Leave me alone.”

“Embarrass, humiliate, challenge, or disrupt” are very similar to the words used in declassified COINTELPRO documents (COINTELPRO: counter intelligence program. “The purpose of this new counterintelligence endeavor is to expose, disrupt, misdirect, discredit, or otherwise neutralize the activities of black nationalist, hate-type organizations and groupings, their leadership, spokesmen, membership, and supporters, and to counter their propensity for violence and civil disorder.” The news media was their main tool.

*Don’t let the stated targets fool you; those same documents, and the Intelligence community’s actions, proved otherwise.

Think back to the 80’s. Do you remember how popular MJ was? Wasn’t he the most popular man on the planet? Wasn’t he worldwide? Do you remember how fans would react to him? And he was a black man … and this was during the 80’s! (He represented Black power.) All of this means, for a fact, he was a threat to the white, power structure (the status quo). It means he was being monitored. It also means he had to be, and was, contained and directed/steered. To think otherwise is to be told that a beautiful woman, dressed in sexy underwear, walked across a packed football stadium at half-time and she wasn’t being watched. You don’t have to be there to know (_ + 10 = 20).

Based on the statements and actions made by the media, police, and government, Suge Knight had Tupac killed because he was leaving Suge Knight’s record label (Deathrow), and he was worth more to Suge Knight dead than alive.

If Suge Knight had Tupac killed for those reasons (as the media, police officers, and others have said); then Sony, it’s employee(s), owner(s), stockholders, board of directors, employer’s of the board of directors, or head of the “gentlemen group” any of these aforementioned people belong to wouldn’t have Michael killed? His death was caused by the injection of a drug at the hands of someone else (death caused by being drugged by someone else), and MJ, the person killed, had huge assets that were to be transferred upon death. They follow the money every day, all day, but not this day? Not enough suspicion to check down that road? Private road, no trespassing?

Fact: The richer you are, the better you can have this type of crime covered up, and the better you can carry out a conspiracy to commit this type of crime. So, if Suge Knight ….

Michael Jackson’s Nurse on Larry King CNN

Maybe he couldn’t sleep because he believed people were trying to kill him???

FYI: Not being able to sleep is torture, figuratively, and it is even used as torture literally.

At certain points, Larry King seems to be deceptively forming conclusions for viewers.

Subliminal: If you look closely at the images from 4:05 – 5:54, you’ll see that it is a “piece on Michael’s skin transformation.” The baby incident, twice? Hundreds or thousands of images and videos of Michael, and they chose those.

7:06 – “The idea is that when you first start taking it, you do get sort of a high-type feeling …” The “idea”? In most viewer’s minds, “the idea” = “the idea behind the drug being taken by someone or Michael.” What else does it mean? Wrong word choice?

9:47 – “… either because of drugs or something else.” not “because of something else.” And if you think these types of statements are natural, and serve no hidden purpose, check this out:

Michael Jackson’s nurse speaks

Once again, she states that she hasn’t been interviewed by authorities/police/investigators. When key witnesses are not interviewed, and they are willing to, and available, it usually means those in charge of the investigation desire the investigating efforts to end in a certain conclusion. That’s a fact, especially with assassinations of popular people (you would have to research to know).

Misleading title. This video proves it was used for sleep.

Liar!!! Listen to what he said at 5:54 – 6:12 Now go back and listen to what he said at 4:02 – 4:15 So, while trying to present Michael as a “drug addict,” he messed up and showed that he himself is a liar who is lying about what he is saying. By now, you should definitely see what was going on with CNN. Why did they do this?

FYI: I didn’t intentionally get this many CNN clips. I didn’t intentionally get CNN clips at all.

Quote: On June 26, the LA Times reported that a Jackson “adviser”, Tohme, had stated that while Jackson had picked Dr. Conrad Murray as his physician, AEG “paid the doctor’s bills”.

On July 22, according to Insider.com, AEG Live stated that “Michael Jackson insisted” AEG hire Dr. Murray and that Murray was “Jackson’s personal physician”. According to BittenandBound.com, Murry had been Jackson’s physician for three years and that Murray had been hired by AEG to be with Jackson “full-time”.

The contract would also provide details about the personal physician hired by AEG. In this case, AEG has admitted it was Dr. Murray.

AEG stands to lose a considerable sum over the series of concerts Jackson failed to perform. There’s been no news that AEG has sought to recoup its losses by way of filing an insurance claim, a claim, that if AEG was telling the truth, that Jackson had passed a medical exam with “flying colors”, should be legit.

If it’s ascertained that Jackson’s death was caused by Dr. Murray’s actions, AEG, as Murray’s employer, could face a potentially massive wrongful death lawsuit from Katherine Jackson.

Are those involved in Michael’s investigation going to look into who benefits or who could have had the doctor do it? To do so would mean to do what the courts, police, FBI, and investigators do to the average American, you, all the time in court (it’s standard procedure). I bet they won’t do it. And even if they did, it would be a total farce. That’s American “justice” for you, proven to serve those with the most money and power.

Based on the following information:

Michael Jackson’s This Is It

Since the film’s confirmation, AEG Live has faced criticism; mostly consisting of claims that they had only made the film to make a profit. Multiple members of Jackson’s family had confirmed that they did not support the film and some family members went as far as to try to stop the film agreement in August.

In August 2009, a judge approved a deal between Jackson’s estate, concert promoter AEG Live, and Sony Pictures. The agreement allowed Sony to edit the hundreds of hours of rehearsal footage needed to create the film. Sony subsequently paid $50 million for the film rights.[6]

On March 5, 2009 at the O2 Arena, Jackson announced that he was to perform 10 concerts as part of a comeback.[10][11] Jackson suggested possible post-show retirement: “I just wanted to say that these will be my final show performances in London. When I say this is it, it really means this is it,”[12] although he may have just been referring to performing in London. On March 11, two days before pre-sale began, an extra 40 dates were added to meet high demand, bringing the number of shows to 50 — five of these dates were reserved in their entirety for the public sale.[13] Jackson’s 50 dates would make the concerts the longest residency at the arena. In May, 2009, the tour was originally set to have begun on July 8, 2009, and finished on March 6, 2010.[14] On May 20, 2009, it was announced that the first concert would be pushed back by eight days to July 16, and three other July dates would be rescheduled for March, 2010. AEG Live stated that the delay was necessary because more time was needed to prepare, mainly for dress rehearsals. The revised schedule called for 27 shows between July 16, and September 29, 2009, followed by a three month break, and resuming in 2010, with 23 more shows between January 7, and March 6, 2010.[14] The This Is It concert tour would have been Jackson’s first major performances and series of concerts since the HIStory World Tour that began in 1996 and finished in 1997.

On August 10, a Superior Court Judge officially approved the deal between Columbia Pictures (film distributor) and AEG Live (the concerts promoter) for Columbia to be able to purchase and distribute rehearsal footage of Jackson and the rehearsal crew for the film.[23][24] The deal also included a merchandising agreement with Bravado International Group – the company is a division of Universal Music Group that is owned by Vivendi – so that they can distribute and sell “Jackson-themed products”.

On September 9, the film’s official theatrical movie poster was released. On September 10, 2009, it was reported that MTV‘s Video Music Awards‘s, which at the time had already announced that they would honor Jackson at the show would premiere the film’s first, and only known, trailer.[28] The trailer premiered, as scheduled, right before the end of the VMAs show.[29] The show was watched by a total of 9 million people; a 17% increase over 2008’s show and the biggest ratings since the 2004 award show.[30

Tim Leiweke, the president of AEG, stated that he hoped that the film would give fans some peace of mind that as a company, Jackson’s ‘legacy’ and well being was always a priority and the fact that people had thought otherwise had really “hurt” people at AEG.[77] Leiweke stated,

“Some of the things that people have said about us, which are so untrue, this movie’s going to restore his legacy, and prove that we, in fact, gave Michael a second chance here. And an opportunity to make the kind of comeback he was dreaming of. And that we created an environment for him that was probably the best environment that the guy had the last 10 or 15 years of his life. And I’m very proud of the way we treated Michael, and very proud of the partnership that we had with him. And this movie is an opportunity to celebrate that, and we could get past all of the gossip and all of the innuendo.”[77]

Sony Pictures to produce Michael Jackson film

More than 80 hours of rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage will be turned into a movie, set for release Oct. 30. The studio will share revenue with AEG Live, the producer of the canceled concerts.

 August 11, 2009|Ben Fritz

Sony Pictures Entertainment received court approval to bring Michael Jackson to the big screen, and it set a release date on what just may be the toughest weekend of the year at the U.S. box office.

The deal was negotiated last month by Sony Pictures and its sibling unit, Sony Music Entertainment, with the Michael Jackson Estate and AEG Live, producer of the late singer’s planned London concert series.

Although several studios expressed interest, Sony emerged the winner by agreeing to pay Jackson’s estate and AEG Live at least $60 million for the film rights.

As part of the deal, Sony will deduct the cost of making the movie from the $60-million minimum. After covering its costs for distribution and marketing, it then will split the rest of the film’s revenue with the Jackson Estate and AEG via a complex formula that was redacted from a copy of the agreement filed in court.

Along with the rehearsal and behind-the-scenes footage, Sony obtained the rights to include some 3-D sequences that were going to be shown on video screens during the “This Is It” concerts.

AEG also tried to sell the rights to a television special for $20 million but wasn’t able to reach a deal with any network.

Michael Jackson’s “This Is It!” Tour Balloons to 50-Show Run Stretching Into 2010

By Daniel Kreps

March 12, 2009 3:53 PM ET

All the tickets allotted during yesterday’s presale, roughly 360,000 of them according to MichaelJacksonLive, sold out yesterday, and the tickets that go on sale to the public tomorrow will likely do the same.

“The figures speak for themselves 360,000 tickets sold in 18 hours during the pre sale so far, that is 20,000 tickets per hour, 33 tickets per minute!” Demand was so great for the Jackson shows, Ticketmaster was struck with technical problems due to the high traffic. Among the records This Is It! has broken: The biggest audience ever to see an artist in one city, the most amount of people to attend a series of arena shows and fastest ticket sales in history.

Source: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/michael-jacksons-this-is-it-tour-balloons-to-50-show-run-stretching-into-2010-20090312

***NOTE: More concert dates meant more ticket sales, which meant that so called lose of revenue didn’t exist. Example: If you start with 10 shows, then sale tickets for 40 shows, then refund half of those 40 shows, you’ll have profits of 20 shows – more than you initially started with. This could answer the question as to why they would schedule an impossible number of shows, and do so without consent.

AEG Live

Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) Live is a live entertainment promotion subsidiary of Anschutz Entertainment Group. It is the world’s second largest live show promoter.

Anschutz Entertainment Group

The Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) is a sporting and music entertainment presenter and a subsidiary of The Anschutz Corporation. It is the world’s largest owner of sports teams and sports events, the owner of the world’s most profitable sports and entertainment venues, and under AEG Live the world’s second largest presenter of live music and entertainment events after Live Nation. It owns and operates the Staples Center and the Home Depot Center, and manages the XL Center, the Rose Garden, and Rentschler Field. In England, it owns the Manchester Evening News Arena,[1] and currently operates the The O2 which includes a 20,000 capacity arena.

In Berlin, local groups started a boycott against the projected development Mediaspree, of which O2 World is a part, arguing that huge sections of public spaces were being lost to the private sector. Furthermore, the Anschutz company was criticized for bully-like behavior in regards to the changing of the outer parameters of the sports arena. A section of the near-by East Side Gallery, a left-over piece of the Berlin Wall now serving as an international memorial for peace and freedom, had to be removed to enable the view of Anschutz’s new arena, located on the (former) eastern side of the city Spree.[18]

Michael Jackson

AEG benefited from global interest in the death of Michael Jackson by hosting a public memorial service at Staples Center, a prominent music venue in Los Angeles and home of the Grammy Museum. The event included security and logistical support by the City of Los Angeles totaling $4 million. City Council members and local media have called for the cost of the memorial incurred by the City to be paid for by the Jackson family and/or AEG, instead of the city taxpayer.

AEG has also been accused of attempting to profit from the death of Michael Jackson, who was due to perform at London’s O2 Arena in 2009/2010. While refunds of the approximately 750,000 tickets (at £55–£75 each plus £9 booking fee per ticket) are available to customers that request it, the promoter has offered to send out “souvenir” tickets providing fans of the singer waive their right to the refund.[19]

The company estimates that between 40–50% of its customers will request the original tickets in lieu of the refund, which will save the company $40 million in refunds. This is in addition to future profits from any material that forms a part of the “This Is It” concerts – the intellectual property of AEG.[20]

The Anschutz Corporation

The Anschutz Corporation is a privately held holding company headquartered in Denver, Colorado.[1] It was started in 1958 by Fred Anschutz, a wildcatter, and the father of Philip Anschutz, who took over the company in 1962.[1]

The Anschutz Corporation, and affiliates Anschutz Company and Anschutz Investment Company, are vehicles for the diversified investments for Anschutz;[1] the latter is a venture capital firm with minority stakes in sectors such as mass media, entertainment, sports, telecommunications, energy, and transportation.[2] Larger investments include Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and the Regal Entertainment Group.[3]

Philip Anschutz

In May 2003 New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer reached a settlement with Anschutz after he was found guilty of accepting IPO shares from Salomon Smith Barney in exchange for his firm, Qwest’s, investment banking business. He was given $4.4 million penalty. According to the New York Daily News, Anschutz made payments of $100,000 to the New York branches of 32 nonprofits and $200,000 each to six law schools as a penalty.[6] The payment was roughly equal to his profit from the practice of IPO “spinning”, thus he actually suffered no penalty.

***NOTE: Suffered no loss. Similar to concert ticket sales.

Universal Music Group owns a music publisher, Universal Music Publishing Group, which became the world’s largest following the 2007 acquisition of BMG Music Publishing.
Acquisition by Vivendi

With the 2004 acquisition of Vivendi’s Vivendi Universal Entertainment by General Electric‘s NBC, Universal Music Group was entirely separated from Universal Pictures. This is the second time a music company has done so, the first being Time Warner and Warner Music Group completely separating from each other. In February 2006, the group became 100% owned by French media conglomerate Vivendi SA when Vivendi purchased the last 20% from Matsushita, the group’s sole owner from 1990 to 1995 and co-owner from 1995 to 2006. On June 25, 2007, Vivendi completed its €1.63 billion ($2.4 billion) purchase of BMG Music Publishing, after receiving European Union regulatory approval, having announced the acquisition on September 6, 2006.[3][4]

Vivendi in its current form came into existence on April 20, 2006 following the sale of an 80% stake in the Vivendi Universal Entertainment unit to General Electric to form NBC Universal (merging GE’s NBC unit & Vivendi’s Vivendi Universal Entertainment unit) and the gradual recovery of the company from its disastrous over-expansion in the late 1990s and the early 2000s.

  • 80 percent of the Vivendi Universal Entertainment branch was sold to GE, forming NBC Universal, with VU retaining a 20 percent stake.

  • January 25: Vivendi sells all its stake in NBC Universal, which has since then been NBCUniversal. Comcast and General Electric now jointly own the company. [17]

On December 1, 2009, CNBC reported that a tentative agreement had been reached between Comcast and GE.[19] The deal was formally announced on December 3, 2009.[20] Under the agreement, NBC Universal would be 51% owned by Comcast and 49% by GE. Comcast is to pay $6.5 billion cash to GE. Comcast will also contribute $7.5 billion in programming including regional sports networks and cable channels such as Golf Channel and E! Entertainment Television. GE plans to use some of the funds, $5.8 billion, to buy out Vivendi‘s 20% minority stake in NBC Universal.[20] After the transaction completes, Comcast will reserve the right to buy out GE’s share at certain times. GE will also reserve the right to force the sale of their stake within the first seven years. The deal was completed in January 2011, with Comcast taking over as NBC’s majority owner.[20][21]

On April 8, 2005, a partnership led by Comcast and Sony Pictures Entertainment finalized a deal to acquire MGM and its affiliate studio, United Artists, and create an additional outlet to carry MGM/UA’s material for cable and Internet distribution.

Adelphia purchase

In April 2005, Comcast and Time Warner Cable announced plans to buy Adelphia Cable. $17.6 billion was to be paid (partly in stock) in the deal that was finalized in the second quarter of 2006—after the FCC completed a seven-month investigation without raising an objection. Time Warner Cable would become the second largest cable provider in the U.S., ranking behind Comcast. As part of the same deal, Time Warner and Comcast would also trade existing subscribers to create larger clusters of customers for each company in various geographical areas.[citation needed]. As a part of this subscriber exchange, Comcast and Time Warner transferred contracts for multiple dwelling units.
